Hi! I’m Maria-Elena founder of Thryve Career Studio, based in Amsterdam.

With an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Creative background in Design, I bring a unique mix of analytical and artistic thinking into Career Development. I’m currently continuing my studies in Coaching, deepening my understanding of how people grow, adapt, and find fulfillment in their professional lives.

Over the years, I’ve experienced career transitions firsthand, across countries, industries, and identities. That journey taught me how powerful it is to align what we do with who we truly are.
